rigormdresearch.com

This domain sends RigorMD's mail to researchers.

The service itself is at rigormd.com. This page exists so that anyone who receives a message from us can check who sent it.

You emailed me. Where did you get my address?

From PubMed. Your address is printed as the corresponding contact on a paper you published, which is a public bibliographic record. That is the only reason you heard from us — no list was bought, and nobody passed your details along.

We have not run your work through anything, and we will not. Sending a researcher unsolicited findings about their own manuscript is a line we don't cross.

How do I stop?

Reply “no thanks”, or use the unsubscribe link in the message. Either one is permanent and neither needs a reason. Replies go to a mailbox a person actually reads.

Why isn't this just rigormd.com?

Because rigormd.com delivers reports that people have paid for and are waiting on. Mail that arrives unasked goes out from here instead, so a complaint about the second can never hold up the first. Two domains, one company.

What is RigorMD?

A pre-submission methods and statistics review for clinical research manuscripts, built by a practicing academic surgeon and surgical journal editor.

The fastest way to judge it is to read one — a complete review of a real published trial — the 1990 NASCIS II steroid trial paper, findings and all. Pricing is on the site.
